What is Flocknote?

Flocknote is an email and text messaging tool created for churches, ministries, teams and other community organizations. Flocknote helps us communicate with the people we care about. St. Joseph will be using it to message our parishioners about important information. We have different groups you can be a part of, so you only get information that is important to you!

Why is St. Joseph using Flocknote?

We believe that with Flocknote we can better communicate with our parishioners. We will be able to send you emails and texts (when appropriate) to alert you of relevant news concerning our Religious Education Program, special schedules for Holy Days, or cancellation of Mass and/or class due to severe weather. Whether it is saving money on bulk mail or sending out simple reminders about different collections or fundraising opportunities, Flocknote is a tool that can help.

By subscribing, you can expect to receive an email or text (your choice) from the parish about once per week that may include the following types of communications:

  • Parish Bulletin
  • Reminders for Holy Days & Mass times
  • Invitations to parish events
  • Periodic polls
  • Engaging resources to help you continue in your faith formation
  • Alerts of schedule additions or changes
Why are you using my registration information?

Flocknote is used mainly as a communication tool.  By using our parishioners’ registration information, we can ensure we have the correct, updated contact information.  You will receive a text/email based on your registration data.  If you wish to opt out, remember it’s EASY!  You can unsubscribe at any time by texting “STOP” to our subscribe number or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email communication.

Is my information private and secure?
